We are experiencing phenomenal growth (82% over last year) and we're looking to hire individuals with experience, whether it's operations, sales, trucking, or administration/management. Our sales program is the backbone of our success. We are seeking out individuals to contribute to both divisions of our company including sales and operations. Our sales department includes National Account Managers and Account Managers. Individuals in these role will be building their own customer base and then providing smooth transportation services from pickup to delivery of their customer’s freight. National Account Managers target large accounts such as national retailers while Account Managers focus on small, medium and large shippers. Applicants who are also looking for a company with a managerial track will benefit greatly from the opportunities at Becker Logistics. Both positions are highly competitive and require a minimum 5 years of logistical industry experience. In addition to having a prior knowledge of the business, applicants should also have earned a 4 year degree to apply to either position.

Basic Responsibilites (but not limited to):

· Maintaining strong rapport with existing accounts

· Obtaining orders from clients already in the account base

· Evaluating industry factors to adjust pricing when seeking business

· Keying in orders with appropriate information from the customer

· Taking responsibility to ensure on time delivery of freight for accounts

NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER




Basic Responsibilites (but not limited to):

· Seeking out potential accounts to call and create new business opportunities

· Focusing business efforts by researching the potential within the account

· Nurturing and building accounts through trust and by providing strong transportation knowledge and high quality service every time freight is being handled.
