JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Builds and Enters Loads for a team of Account Managers
  • Schedules Appointments (confirm appointments with track and trace)
  • Updates customer portals
  • Communication buffer with the customer between Becker sales rep and customer (questions and customer service)
  • Monitors all available in progress freight on the board in TMS
  • Accepts Trucks from CSRs
  • Enters location codes into salesforce to develop prospects
  • Covers desk when Account Manager is out
  • Responds to emails and sends emails
  • Calls customers to keep up-to-date information

Qualifications

  • Excellent written, verbal. presentation and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of computer systems, logistics and software terminology
  • Knowledge of transportation management system functionality (TMS) and CRM
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
